As managing director and founder of ABM, I have the benefit of over 30 years experience in the construction industry. We have grown our company over the past years into a business that I not only feel very proud of, but also one that I’m extremely passionate about.
My key role in the business is to oversee the smooth running of the company and to bring in new clients and drive the company forward. this will then add to our already strong client base, which includes NHS Trusts, Local Councils, Schools, the Licensing Trade and National Supermarket contracts.
My core values have remained unchanged throughout my business life, which has always been being able to provide a top quality and honest service, backed by excellent workmanship and delivered at a competitive price. This practice has allowed us to grow steadily year on year.
I also believe that a business is a long-term entity and to that end we have always carried out our trade indipendently of the need to be involved in any bank borrowings, therefore creating a firm and solid base to work with.
I’m a firm believer of working closely with our suppliers and subcontractors in this way we have always been able to instill in them, the core values that I have always adhered to.
In an ever-changing world, I think that it is all to easy to forget, that business is simply about delivering what you have promised, a value that I have never forgotten from my earliest days in business.
